Vivë is a premium auto detailing business based in Houston, Texas and is one of the largest and most successful in the city. In 2017 the owner of the business Anson reached out to me to develop a new website that would better educate his customers about his services as well as enable him to delegate some of the sales process through digital automation. We’ve been working closely together over the past few years on developing new and better ways to increase the quality of leads and perfect the sales journey.

Goals

Introduce ways for the website to better automate the conversion of customers and clear up any concerns they may have so that the sales process can be shortened and simplified freeing up time for the owner. Create a premium digital experience to help build trust and authority in the industry.

Every last detail.

In order to better convert customers and clear up any concerns they may have had about their services, we aimed to better educate the customers on each of the services benefits and the process that each one uses helped along with an FAQ section at the bottom of the page relevant to the service it was on. Finally, I integrated live chat functionality to the website so that customers have direct access to Vivë’s support team which comes with a dedicated app on their phone and even automated replies.

Putting it on the tab.

A common issue I found with detailing websites was that they all struggle with displaying their service information in a simple and efficient manner. This is because it requires the user to select their car size or package to get their accurate price/specifications. I organised the service information into a tab selection and combined it with the relevant content such as a pricing table or coverage diagram for each of the packages.

Time for show don't tell.

With any service business, “show don’t tell” is a time old expression. In order to better convince Vivë’s customers about their high quality standards and results as well as drive more traffic to the website, I created a portfolio page where the Vivë team can easily share their latest work by adding a gallery of images or videos as well as a short description of them. Now, rather than just sharing the images to social media, they can post a link to the portfolio.

Landing the sale.

Vivë understands that a great looking website is useless if it doesn’t get any traffic. So in order to make their paid advertising campaigns more effective, we created focussed landing pages for the main services that aim to collect bookings as well as build an email list in exchange for an offer. The content of the page is designed to anticipate the concerns of the customer and knock them down before they’ve even had a chance to think of them.
